An image is worth 1,000 words

I've added images to almost every page here as a visual aid. Also a few modifications to content, nothing big but you may want to read the parts you are or were interested in.

That's all for today.

May you walk in the light of God.

Sincerely.

Quick Blog Update

I want to be open and honest with you regarding a change on all 3 blogs I write. I'm homeless and getting work is not easy when you have no place to call home.  Right now I'm still recovering from the problem I have with my feet (mostly the left foot).

I've added a "Thank you for your Support" page to each blog and removed the front page donation widget. I'm not out to get rich or trick anyone into clicking on affiliate links. If you would like to support one of my blogs, you will have to click on the support page then decide if you wish to donate through PaypalGoFundMe or through Amazon affiliate links.

You won't see banners or affiliate links section anywhere outside the support page. On occasion I may include an affiliate link to a post/entry but I will do my best to keep it to a minimum. I've used Adblock Plus for years because I hate unwanted online ads (even before I became homeless).

I would appreciate if you consider checking the support page if you wish to support this blog.

I'm mostly trying to focus on Amazon sponsored links and service/companies such as Lootcrate and Backblaze which also support one of my favorite shows online, Critical Role. If you have any questions feel free to contact me through my Goggle profile.

That's it.

May you walk in the light of God.

Sincerely.

Homeless Pets

I've been wondering how homeless are able to move around with a pet. I've seen three guys who obviously loved their dogs (don't think you can train a cat or gerbil to lay down next to you at night).

I'm a pet lover myself, I've had 5 cats (not all at the same time of course) and I like dogs a lot. I don't see how I could own a dog and take care of it properly, to keep him/her fed and healthy.

(Images are a few years old, before I was homeless)

I will be doing some research this coming week about this subject, to hopefully help those who are or about to be homeless that have a dog. Maybe I will title the page "No Dog Left Behind", heh.

May you walk in the light of God.

Sincerely.

Updated 2 Pages

It's almost 7 am, while sitting at my favorite Dunkin Donuts I've updated the "Backpack of Survival" page and made some slight changes to the "Different Types of Homelessness" page.

May you walk in the light of God.

Sincerely.

Update and New Page

The "When you have few choices" page has been updated with information regarding bathrooms. A new page titled "Backpack of Survival" listing must-have items has been added. I'll work some more on this site next week.

May you walk in the light of God.

Sincerely.

Health Problems

I'm going through some health problems myself at this time, with what looks to be a bacterial infection. This has inspired me to write a page on "Potential Health Problems" which someone who is homeless may face.

This week I will try to solidify the content a bit more and do some research on resources for the homeless across the United States. I'm considering expanding the coverage to Canada since we're neighbors and I'm yet to meet a Canadian I did not like.

Shutout to Nathan Fillion!

May you walk in the light of God.

Sincerely.

Luis.

I've shortened the "Basic Rules of Being Homeless" page, and created an "Expanded" page for more in depth detail. After all you may have a very limited time to look things up online.

My next step is making a page where I cover the different kinds of homelessness. Not everyone sleeps on cardboard like me; some have a car they sleep in, or have someone that can provide a place to crash at night, or live in a shelter.

May you walk in the light of God.

Sincerely.

Luis.
